Hey lovelies, as told on my last post „Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin 2014 autumn/winter“ I, besides of the Fashion Week attended at the lavera Showfloor, which enhances the Fashion Week program with a focus on regional products, sustainable materials and fair trade. So I was moving to and fro between this two fashionable places.
Lavera made a wonderful fashion location out of the Umspannwerk. At the first arrival I was wondering if I really was on the right place but at least on the entry evey doubt was flown away. Perfectly fitting to the lavera logo and colors the rooms were wonderful decorated in white and pink.
Colorful, noble, long dresses from Nanna Kuckuck were the first what expected me on Wednesday evening at the laver Showfloor. With a lot of fantasy and details, the dresses impressed and reminds on a Far Eastern exoticism. Extravagant, a lot of color, sequins and models with mystic masks – a very spectacular collection.
Next on the lavera Showfloor:
Goodone from Nin Castle, a label which I have not known before and which impressed me the most. Modern and hip, I definitely would wear these items. My absolute favorite: the black and white woolen jacket with material mixture. The designer combines a lot of materials, colors and designs to something completely new and even better looking one. Black/White and red colors in new so creative combinations fascinated me. The last show for this day was also at the lavera Showfloor – from Renatta Pruneda. The catwalk was opened with a little instruction from an older period of time – a women got carried on the catwalk in something like a carriage by 2 men. The designer loves combining history with the presence. Different epochs got reflected with colorful dresses. The collection was very pompous with shining blue, orange and yellow elements. All in all very imressive dresses. I have to admit that it does not fully hit my taste of a dress I would wear, but definitely beautiful to look at the runway.
That was the last show for this day at lavera Showfloor – it was now nearly midnight and after 6 hours of driving and a lot of exciting shows I was happy to go back to my hotel room and have a little time to relax and planning the next day of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Tell you about it in my next post 🙂
